Our client base is dominated by China-invested enterprises, alongside HK-invested and foreign-JV entities. The core team consists of ex-listed-company company secretaries, ex-CFOs of A-share and HK listed firms and senior Big-Four professionals. Several members contributed to national compliance standard drafting and act as HKCGI seminar speakers.
